Administrative & Program Assistant

Position Summary:
Provides administrative and clerical support across multiple service areas, including scheduling, recordkeeping, data entry, and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare reports.

  • Assist with event coordination and participant documentation.

  • Support compliance tracking and grant reporting.

  • Maintain digital filing and data accuracy across programs.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong computer literacy and organizational skills.

  • Experience supporting nonprofit or service-based teams preferred.
